Piling Works

Piling Works

Piling is a critical foundation technique used when surface soil lacks the strength to support structural loads. At IPEX Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., we deliver advanced piling solutions designed to transfer loads safely to deeper, stronger soil or rock layers, ensuring long-term stability and performance.

Our Approach

We analyze soil conditions, load requirements, and site constraints to select the most suitable piling method. Using modern equipment and proven engineering practices, we ensure precise installation, structural reliability, and efficient project execution.

Types of Piling We Offer

Large Diameter Piles (LDA)

Used for heavy structures, these piles provide high load-bearing capacity and are constructed using advanced drilling techniques with casing or support fluids.

Bored Cast-in-Situ Piles

Constructed directly on-site, these piles are suitable for a wide range of soil conditions and allow flexibility in design and depth.

Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) Piles

A low-noise, vibration-free piling method ideal for urban areas, enabling faster installation with minimal disturbance to surroundings.

Key Features

Our piling systems are designed for strength, durability, and adaptability. We use high-performance rigs and specialized tools to achieve depths up to 60–70 meters, even in challenging soil or rock conditions.

Execution Process

The process involves drilling boreholes using appropriate methods, followed by placement of reinforcement cages and controlled concreting. Depending on site requirements, temporary casing or support fluids like bentonite or polymer are used to maintain bore stability.

Applications

Piling works are widely used in high-rise buildings, bridges, metro projects, industrial structures, and infrastructure developments where strong and deep foundations are essential.
